From Haughville, In, Joe Kemp is no newbie to the music scene. Joes influences are Sevendust, Pearl Jam, Staind,Seether and much more. You can hear these influnces in his vocal range and in his explosive screams.
From the south side of Indianapolis, David Peel learned to play guitar by listening to Tool and Deftones albums and playing along. He brings those influences into his guitar playing with sounds ranging from heavy riffs to fingerstyle.
From the southwest area of Moorseville, IN, Scott Sellmeyer worked hard his whole life to be one of best guitarist around. Scotts Influences are Pantara, Avenge Sevenfold, and Lamb of God. You can hear these influences in his music with his monster riffs, and his outragous solos.
From the South Eastside of Greenfield,In, Ryan Gracy is a veristil artist with experiences from rock, punk, and metal.
“Haughville brought the lone dose of hard rock. The Indianapolis band ended its set with an ear-catching cover of “No! Jesus Christ” by Seether, which perfectly highlighted their blistering bass and double-guitar onslaught. Originals with hints of Hellyeah and Godsmack and a bent toward more metal influences like Killswitch Engage or All That Remains won the crowd over. ... and I expect to hear more from them beyond this contest.”
" The first band is from here and they are called Haughville, I went to go see them at the Rock House last night and this probably I don't know the fifth time I have seen them perform, and every time they just get better, and better, and better I just really enjoy seeing them perform."
